Abstract
The rapid advancement of digital healthcare technology has transformed nursing services, particularly in elderly patient care. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of telehealth-based nursing interventions in improving patient satisfaction and healthcare accessibility among elderly populations. A quantitative descriptive approach was conducted involving 120 elderly patients from community healthcare centers. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings revealed that telehealth nursing interventions significantly improved communication efficiency, medication adherence, and patient satisfaction levels. Elderly patients reported greater convenience and emotional support through regular virtual consultations. The study concludes that telehealth-based nursing services can become an effective and sustainable solution for enhancing healthcare quality among aging populations.
