Abstract
Mental health disorders among adolescents continue to increase globally, requiring innovative and holistic nursing approaches. This study examined the effectiveness of holistic mental health nursing interventions for adolescents experiencing anxiety disorders. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through interviews and observation involving adolescents receiving mental health nursing support. The study found that holistic interventions combining emotional support, family involvement, relaxation therapy, and spiritual care significantly contributed to reducing anxiety symptoms and improving emotional wellbeing. Participants reported feeling more supported, understood, and confident in managing stress and anxiety. The study highlights the importance of patient-centered and holistic strategies in adolescent mental healthcare services.
