Abstract

Mental well-being has become an important concern among university students due to increasing academic and social pressures. This study explored the relationship between perceived social support and mental well-being among undergraduate students using a cross-sectional survey design. The results demonstrated that students with stronger social support networks reported better emotional stability, lower stress levels, and higher overall well-being. The study suggests that universities should strengthen peer-support and counseling programs to improve student mental health outcomes.
